In the 1980s, if you wanted a more attractive Ferrari, you had to go to German tuner Koenig Specials. The company builds powerful versions of European luxury cars, including Ferraris, which led to the creation of the rare Ferrari 512 BB King. The company manufactured less than 30 of these cars, and this is your chance to own one of the unique cars.
Engine modifications increased power from 340 hp to 450 hp. Koenig New pistons, camshafts, exhaust and other modifications were added, and they weren’t cheap. This was half the price of a standard Ferrari. Koenig also added stiffer springs and anti-roll bars but left the ventilated discs untouched. Even Ferrari claimed 512 It can reach 188 mph.

The car features some exterior modifications, such as an air dam spoiler, NACA ducts in front of the rear wheel arches, four taillights instead of six, and revised air intake boxes. Even the tires are 0.98 inch wider than the original ones.

Inside, Koenig added multiple adjustable seats, eliminating the original fixed seat buckets, but changing little. Ferrari finished it in Nero Black, in contrast to the Rosso Corsa red exterior.
The car was originally delivered to a dealer in Germany before venturing to America where it remained until 2015, when it was purchased by the current owner. An experienced Ferrari technician took a look at the car before transporting it to temperature-controlled storage, where it has been for the past decade.
The car is not immaculate. It’s been around for a decade, so the new owner will have to do a complete overhaul on it before it’s driveable, but it’s visually solid. There are some scratches underneath, but the paint still shines.
