Nearly 25 years ago, ACURA RSX appeared for the first time as an Integra successor, and continued a lot in the context of that car – a Honda CIVIC marketer. Now, RSX is completely different, an electric cross with a fast roof. For the first time Acura, the new RSX model during the week of Monterey, and it inspects EV-SireViving EV.
Unlike ZdxWhich uses the GM’s Ultium Electric Car structure, RSX is a local effort. This will be the first production car on the new EV platform in Honda – which first appeared with Honda 0 Series of ConceptsAcura plans to build it on the same marysville, Ohayu, as the gas -working Integra. (Side note: Imagine telling someone 20 years ago that RSX and Integra will work alongside each other, and that it will be the SUV.)
Acura is called this “initial model”, but the initial models of Honda are usually very close to the final production models. So, this is largely what the new RSX will replace, although we are not sure whether the yellow paint will be an option.
Mechanically, the RSX will have a bilateral driver for all wheels, dual collarbone suspension, and Brembo brakes. The initial model sits on 21 -inch wheels, and ACURA says the wide back interface is inspired by the second generation of NSX.

RSX will also be the first Honda product to run the new automotive information and entertainment system, ASIMO OS, which has been called its beloved human robot. This ACURA is a “Specified Software” vehicle, With the operating system that learns the user preferences, the system can handle the airports updates.
RSX will also get the Tesla North American charging port, and contains capabilities from vehicles to load, so that you can mainly use it as a type of type.
Acura was beautiful on the details. We do not know the type of performance you will get RSX, battery size, range, or anything, really. We also don’t know what it will cost, but since it is smaller than ZDX, we have to assume it will be cheaper.
Fortunately, we should not wait long, as usually with Honda concepts.
