A viral man went on Tijok after accusing him of a mechanic of some shaded behavior – which led to the worker out of his car for a personal spin.
User @gelsadas02 reported that he had launched from Dodge to serve but later saw the mechanic behind the wheel, and took his family to the church.
“I have just seen a mechanic and his entire family going to the church in my car,” Tiktoker wrote on the illustrations on the screen for his video. “This is crazy”, followed by a series of laughing emojis.
No other details were shared, so it is not clear how long it was dodging in the store or whether @gelsadas02 faces the mechanic. However, the clip hit a nerve with viewers, many of whom said they would follow the worker in the seats. To write this lines, the video contains more than 85,600 views.
Can a mechanic take my car home?
Usually no. according to One garage to repair local carsThe mechanic cannot take your car without your explicit permission, and this can be considered unauthorized or theft, which may violate your agreement with the store. They are only allowed to be led during diagnosis or verification of repairs, and they must inform you first.
If you are worried, there are simple steps you can take to address the problem. Before going down from your car, ask about the store’s policy in the test engines and whether the cars remain overnight. Better, register your miles before delivering your keys – or taking a picture of the distance meter in your car. Then, when the car is returned to you, if you notice anything suspicious (for example, unexpected fees or miles contradictions), you can contact the store and ask for clarification.
Mechanics can take your car to conduct a drive test if necessary to diagnose or confirm the repair, and they can move it around a lot or to the elevator as needed. In the end, though, you have the right to set clear limits on how to use your car. If the mechanics exceed these limits, you can retreat and even take legal action.

He added, “I will be in the church and tell him to give me my key and take it elsewhere.” “I will be loudly in that to embarrass him.”

One of them said: “I took me to the store in favor of the brakes. I recovered it after 150 miles.”
“A lot of small mechanics do it,” another claimed. “I remained safe, though.”
