Later this month, Bonhams will host an online auction featuring 50 original film and TV cars along with 19 pieces of film memorabilia – all offered without reserve. The cars and memorabilia in question come from the Movie Cars Central Museum located just outside of Paris and run by Frank Gallig – so you know they’re legit.
The collection spans several decades of film history, including vehicles from classics such as Fast and furious, taxi, Jurassic Park, Driving, Men in black, Back to the future, Robocop, Ghostbustersand Dukes of Hazzard. Entertainment faithful from Team A, Herbie, BatmanJames Bond films are also included in the auction.
One of the highlights of the car is the original Peugeot 406 V6 Taxi 2 (1999), which will be shown from November 7 to 9 at Salon Époqu’Auto in Lyon, France. The car is considered one of the most iconic vehicles in French cinema and carries an estimated value of between €70,000 to €120,000 (about $75,000 to $130,000).
According to Loïc Maschi, Bonhams specialist, the auction is aimed at collectors and pop culture enthusiasts around the world: “Many of these vehicles are true witnesses of cinema and automotive history.”

Frank Gallig, operator of the Central Movie Cars Museum, added that the sale marks the end of a personal journey: “I have spent many years collecting these cars. Now it is time to pass them on to new owners.”
Among the featured pieces are several vehicles from Fast and furious Franchise, including the 2001 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VII of 2 Fast 2 Furious (est. $290,000 to $578,000) and a 1970 Dodge Charger “off-roader” from Fast and Furious 7 (Estimate $174,000 to $289,000).
Other highlights include a 1968 Dodge Charger “General Lee” from Dukes of Hazzard (est. $139,000 to $185,000) and a 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 from John Wick (Estimate $98,000 to $162,000).

Of French production, the collection includes the 1999 Peugeot 406 V6 from Taxi 2 (est. $69,000 to $92,000) and a replica of a 2006 Peugeot 407 V6 from Taxi 5 (Estimate $18,500 to $41,000).
Additional vehicles include the Gene Winfield Police Cruiser Back to the Future II (est. $81,000-$115,000), Cagiva 600 Canyon motorcycle from Jurassic Park: The Lost World (est. $20,000 to $23,000), a 1987 Ford LTD Crown Victoria from Men in black (Estimate $20,000 to $39,000).
Recreating famous movie cars, such as the BMW Z3 and 750i from James Bond Series, a GMC Vandura from The A-Team, and a Volkswagen Beetle ‘Herbie’ – complete the collection.
Among the memorabilia, highlights include a life-sized T-Rex dinosaur from Jurassic Park (priced between $40,000 to $69,000) and a “Pitbull” hoverboard from Jurassic Park. Back to the Future II (Estimate $1,735 to $2,550).
The full collection will be on public display by appointment from November 21-28, 2025.
